1. 🎙️ Bookings & Payments

Booking Confirmation: All sessions must be booked in advance. A deposit of 50% is required to secure your time slot. The remaining balance is due before the session begins.

Cancellations & Reschedules: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals: Sessions start at the scheduled time. Arriving late does not extend your session. Grace period: 15 minutes.

No-Show Policy: If a client fails to appear without prior notice, they forfeit their deposit and may be restricted from future bookings.

Additional Charges: Overtime will be billed at $50/hour, rounded up to the nearest half-hour.

Accepted Payments: Cash, Zelle, Cash App, or credit card via online invoice or payment link.
Terms & Conditions - the basics
📌 Studio Conduct

Guest Policy: Clients may bring up to 2 guests unless otherwise approved. All guests must comply with studio rules.

Respect for Property: Clients are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests. Misuse of equipment or property may result in removal from the premises and repair charges.

Substance Policy: Illegal drugs are not allowed. Alcohol may be consumed with prior approval and must not interfere with safety or productivity.

Cleanliness: Keep the space clean and organized. A cleaning fee may be charged for excessive mess.

Behavior: Aggressive, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior toward staff or others will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
What to include in the T&C document
📂 Intellectual Property & Usage

Ownership: All recordings and content remain the property of the client upon full payment. No unpaid session files will be released.

Media Usage: Unless opted out in writing, Xonic Recording Studio reserves the right to use behind-the-scenes photos, videos, and clips for marketing or promotional use.

File Storage: Sessions are stored for 30 days post-session. After this, Xonic Recording Studio is not responsible for file loss. Clients are advised to back up all materials.

Third-Party Content: The client confirms they have legal rights or proper licenses for any samples, instrumentals, or third-party content used in the session.

Engineer Credits: If Xonic Recording Studio’s engineer is involved in mixing or mastering, the studio must be credited in digital releases when applicable.
