2. Payment and Booking Policy
All studio time must be paid for in advance or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice, or the session will be charged in full.

3. Session Files and Storage
Clients are responsible for backing up their session files. [Studio Name] will keep session files for up to 30 days unless other arrangements are made. After that time, we are not responsible for lost or deleted files.

4. Rights and Ownership

Disrespectful, aggressive, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session without refund. Clients are expected to treat staff, equipment, and the facility with care and respect.

6. Substance Use
No illegal drugs are permitted on the premises. Alcohol use may be allowed with prior consent but must not interfere with the session or equipment safety.

7. Media Release (Optional Clause)
By entering the studio, you consent to photography or video recording for marketing or social media purposes, unless a media opt-out request is submitted prior to your session.

8. Third-Party Producers or Engineers
If you bring your own producer or engineer, they must adhere to all studio rules and sign a waiver before operating any equipment. Damage caused by third parties will be billed to the client.

9. Equipment Damage
Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse of equipment or facilities.

10. Acceptance of Terms
Booking and entering the studio constitutes agreement with all the above terms. These terms are subject to change at any time without notice.
